It all started back in 2010 when I was on family holiday to America. After falling ill with a virus, my body became severely intolerant to dairy products, which meant no cakes, no chocolate, and no cheese.
I pulled on my apron and decided it was time to start baking my own sweet treats, starting with cupcakes. I became addicted to baking during the summer of 2010 and taught myself different piping techniques, developed new flavours and found a perfect recipe for my butter cream icing.
Fast forward to a few years and I have raised money for Breast Cancer through cupcakes alone, taken orders for friends and family and now believe I can take this passion of mine further.
